Sports Pageant Questions for Miss Milo

I was asked to come up with a list of sports pageant questions by seasoned creative director Jonas Dizon for the Miss Milo Little Olympics Event, August 11, 2012 at the Robinsons Place, Calasiao, Pangasinan.

This pageant is held annually by Milo Energy Drink as part of its sports festival. Participants from different elementary and high schools all-over Pangasinan flock to compete for the title.

Since the pageant contestants are young students, Director Jonas wanted beauty pageant questions that are simple and easy to answer.

I can create many sports pageant questions. But to make it easy to answer, well I think that is tantamount to limiting the array of questions.

So what I did is to shorten some pageant questions trying to illegally omit some words that grammarians would not encourage doing it. Some questions too are specially designed to help the candidate answer the question. They just have to elaborate the answer a little.

Moreover, the questions are related to each other. A candidate who has an idea to answer a question will have the capability to answer all the other questions.  So, here are the following sports pageant questions I was able to come up:

How do you make yourself physically fit?

How can sports improve our living?

Who do you idolize in sports?

What sports do you play?

What lesson do we learn from playing sports?

Can you win in sports without discipline?

What sports would you suggest as our Palarong Pambansa (National Game)?

Why is exercise needed for a healthy living?

How would you promote a healthy lifestyle?

What is being healthy for you?

How would you promote Milo to everyone?

How often do you play your sports in a week?

How can sports strengthen the Filipino family?

Aside from nutritious foods, what else are the needs of an athlete?

If you are rich from sports like Manny Pacquiao, what will you do with your money?

How can sports protect us from sickness?

What character traits do we develop from sports?

If you will win Miss Milo, to whom are you going to dedicate your win?

How would sports make you a better person?

What can you say about our Filipino athletes?

If you will notice, some questions ask in a pageant like these sports pageant questions can be answered by just a single answer. Totally the same answer that you can use to hurdle different pageant questions. Aside from preparing to answer pageant questions, it is also necessary to study too, the science and anatomy of pageant interview questions sample thoroughly. I highly suggest that you read these articles and stay with us a little longer.

Miss Milo Little Olympics Pre-Pageant

I was just on time when I arrived at Robinson’s Place for the said pageant. I went directly at the backstage and saw the girls rehearsing their production number. I have sense it, this is an on-he-spot choreography. This circumstances actually are better remembered by us because it is a little bit thrilling and we are having fun doing it.

Glancing at the candidates faces, they were all radiant and bright. This is what is good in day pageants, make-ups are not that heavy compared to night pageants. One can still see the natural beauty of these ladies and who would not like seeing them as God’s art?

While I was looking at their faces, I noticed and sense something. Aside from the unparalleled height of the ladies since the elementary and high school division were mixed-up, the candidates seem not to be intimidating when it comes to their height. I look down, and surprisingly, no one was wearing their high heels. They were wearing sneakers. I forgot, it was a sports pageant and I should not expect girls in heels but rather in rubber shoes.

Half an hour pass, it’s almost one in the afternoon when the judges arrived. They were Kirty of Ginoong Pilipinas 2009, Director Rey Cabuzi, and Denielle Joie Nuñez Magno, Miss Dagupan 2011 and Umagang Kay Ganda TV Host back then.

Candidates did their production number; introduced themselves, and were asked one question of the sports pageant questions I have prepared for their casual interview.

The Miss Milo Little Olympics pageant proper is at Narcisso Sports Complex in Lingayen, Pangasinan.
